Welcome! These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to ohioweddingshows.com, all of its subdomains, and the wedding shows and expos we produce (together, the "Services"). The Services are owned and operated by Claiborne Productions ("Claiborne Productions," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting our website, buying a ticket, or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or purchase tickets. We have tried to write these Terms in plain English so they are actually readable. If anything is unclear, just ask us. Our contact information is at the bottom of this page.

1. Who We Are

Claiborne Productions produces wedding shows and expos throughout Ohio, including events in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus. We connect engaged couples and their families with wedding vendors of all kinds.

2. Tickets and Purchases

When you buy a ticket through our website, you are purchasing admission to a specific event on a specific date. Please double check the event, date, and location before you complete your purchase.

• Tickets are valid only for the event and date shown on the ticket.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout, including your name, email address, and phone number, so we can deliver your ticket and reach you with event updates.
• Tickets may not be resold for profit or used for any commercial purpose (such as advertising, promotions, or contests) without our written permission.
• We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or made in error. If we cancel an order for one of these reasons, we will refund what you paid for it.

3. All Sales Are Final. No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, including if you are unable to attend, change your mind, or arrive after the event has ended. Please be sure of your plans before purchasing.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be honored on the new date. If an event is canceled entirely and not rescheduled, we will let you know what your options are at that time. Beyond the price you paid for your ticket, we are not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred, such as travel, lodging, or childcare.

4. Coupon Codes and Promotions

From time to time we offer coupon codes and promotional pricing. Coupon codes have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise, and may expire or be discontinued at any time. Codes apply only at the time of purchase. We cannot retroactively apply a code to an order you already placed. If we believe a code is being abused or was distributed in error, we may cancel it or cancel orders that used it.

5. Event Check-In and Admission

To enter an event, you will need to check in using your ticket. We record check-ins so we know who attended. Please have your ticket (printed or on your phone) ready at the door. We may also ask for identification if there is a question about a ticket.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask anyone to leave who is disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, harassing others, or interfering with the event, exhibitors, or other guests. No refund will be issued in those situations.

6. Photography and Recording at Events

Our events are public gatherings, and we (along with our exhibitors and media partners) regularly take photos and video at them. By attending, you agree that your image, likeness, and voice may appear in photos and recordings taken at the event, and that we may use them to promote our shows without payment to you. If you have a concern about this, please talk to our staff at the event.

7. Marketing Communications

When you buy a ticket or sign up on our website, you agree that we may contact you:

• By email, with event reminders, wedding planning content, and marketing from us and from our partners. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• By text message (SMS), with event updates (such as parking information, schedule changes, or check-in reminders) and marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

Opting out of marketing does not affect messages we need to send about an order you placed, such as your ticket confirmation.

8. Vendors and Exhibitors Are Independent Businesses

The vendors and exhibitors at our shows are independent businesses. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for their products, services, pricing, or conduct. Any purchase, booking, or agreement you make with a vendor, whether at a show or afterward, is strictly between you and that vendor. Please do your own homework before hiring anyone for your wedding.

9. Assumption of Risk

Attending a live event carries ordinary risks, such as crowds, slips and falls, food and beverage sampling, and interactions with other attendees. By attending, you accept these ordinary risks. Please use common sense, watch your step, and let event staff know right away if you see anything unsafe.

10. Our Website and Content

The content on our website, including text, logos, photos, graphics, and event branding, belongs to Claiborne Productions or is used with permission. You may browse and share links to our site, but you may not copy, scrape, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, which includes attempting to hack it, interfering with its operation, using bots to buy tickets, or submitting false information.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and events are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to put on great shows and keep our website running smoothly, we do not promise that the website will always be available or error free, or that any event will meet your expectations, feature any particular vendor, or run exactly as scheduled. Event details, including dates, times, locations, exhibitors, entertainment, and door prizes, may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claiborne Productions, its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the website, your ticket purchase, or your attendance at an event. This includes things like lost profits, travel costs, or emotional distress.

If we are found liable to you for any reason, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the ticket or purchase that gave rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Claiborne Productions harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your conduct at an event.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the website, or our events will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the website or attend our events after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
